• When collecting, processing, and storing personal data, the protection of human rights and freedoms is ensured, including the inviolability of private life, the right to personal and family secrets, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Information Protection and Confidentiality».

• The specifics of collecting and processing personal data in electronic storage media are determined in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Turkmenistan «On Information Protection and Confidentiality» and comply with the requirements of Turkmenistan’s legislation, including the «On Information Protection» Law.

• Personal data stored in electronic media, as well as other information, are confidential. Their collection and processing are limited to the purposes for which they were collected.

• Personal data protection is achieved through the use of comprehensive measures, including legal, organizational, and technical measures, for the following purposes:

1. Ensuring the right to the inviolability of private life and the protection of personal and family secrets;

​

2. Ensuring data integrity and preservation;

​

3. Ensuring confidentiality;

​

4. Implementing the right to access data;

​

5. Preventing the illegal collection and processing of data.
