In recent years, interest in disorders of the psychoemotional sphere in the context of various types of neurological and medical diseases has increased significantly. The thesis studies the problem of combined psychoemotional and mental disorders in the context of osteoparetic pathology. Your work Objective: To study the impact of psychoemotional disorders on the course of osteoporosis, to investigate whether they aggravate the clinical condition, contribute to the development of various complications, and worsen the prognosis.
Materials and methods of the research work: This research work was conducted in the neurology department of the Saniyazov Medical and Consulting Center in 2023-2025 . Out of 100 patients hospitalized for planned treatment, attention was paid to patients aged 50-75 years. All patients were given choline alfoscepat ( Cholinalek “Lekfarm” Belarusian product) 4ml (1000mg) for 5 days as the main treatment. It was marked.
Results of the research: These patients showed an 18% increase in short-term memory, rheology, metabolic processes, venotonic effect (p <0.005) and safety of use. The level of depression decreased (8.4 ± 0.1 points before and 6.2 ± 0.2 points after). The baseline values of CL (cholesterol) and HDL (high-density lipoprotein) in patients after treatment were 5.89 ± 0.82 and 0.88 ± 0.1 mmol / l, respectively, the level of CL significantly decreased (5.17 ± 0.44) and the level of HDL increased (0.95 ± 0.07).
Cholinolek affects the hemostasis and fibrinolysis system, characterized by an increase in total blood fibrinogen concentration (from 3.13 ± 0.24 to 3.76 ± 0.35 g/l, p < 0.005), which leads to a decrease in blood clotting time.
Conclusions: The main advantage of basic and cholinergic treatment is the activation of all connections of cholinergic transmission in the main areas of the central nervous system responsible for cognitive activity, especially in the elderly.
